K&H Home Solutions(K&H) has been an institution in the Denver area for over 50 years specializing in innovative, energy efficient window designs. Founded in 1956 as K&H CONSTRUCTION COMPANY we designed, manufactured, sold and installed storm windows. This resulted in K&H quickly becoming known as the pacesetter in energy efficient products.

Over the years the Company expanded its product mix to include replacement windows, steel and vinyl siding, solar panels, and a number of other energy saving construction designs. K&H was one of the first companies to recognize the benefits of vinyl replacement windows. As a result, we proudly boast of thousands of satisfied customers throughout Colorado’s Front Range and High Country.

The Company has been, and always will be, committed to representing only quality products and providing first class professional installations. In an industry where installation determines the effectiveness & longevity of the product, our experience and quality of installation is never compromised. We further are committed to assuring our customers that they are the primary focus of our business since without them we could not exist. To that end our employees always keep in mind that customers and customer service are their first priority!

In 1995, Ted and Bernie Roland acquired K&H. Ted is President and Bernie is Vice President of Marketing, . Our vision for K&H continues to be maintaining K&H’s position in the market place as the industry leader by delivering the best home improvement experience possible before, during and after your remodeling project; to be innovative and oriented to providing products that offer advancements in energy conservation which provide essential value for our customers; to be an excellent company to work for, and an outstanding company to work with.

Currently, K&H provides Vinyl Replacement Window Solutions manufactured by Republic Windows & Doors and Atrium Windows & Doors; Vinyl and Steel Siding Solutions manufactured by Alside Building Products; Fiber Cement Siding Solutions manufactured by James Hardie Siding; and Gutter Protection Solutions manufactured by GutterMonster as well as Leaf Defier.   In addition our K&H Bath Professionals division provides outstanding Bathtub and Shower Solutions with our acrylic insert systems for virtually every bathroom.

To maintain our vision K&H has carefully aligned itself with suppliers that not only provide superior products but also support those products in the field. We employ people who care about the quality, as well as the quantity of the work that they do. And we design our products to meet the variety of needs that our customers will have.
