Michael, VP of Sales

Michael has lived in Colorado since 2000. He has been with K&H Home Solutions since 2017 and has a great deal of knowledge in the home improvement industry, especially with windows, doors, siding and roofs. His favorite things to do when he’s not working is to spend time with his wife and two daughters, go camping, hiking, biking, listening to live music and playing golf. He is always looking forward to helping you out with your home improvement projects and to find the best solution for your needs.

Randy

Randy is a sales veteran of over 25 years with a background in interior design. He's recently returned to Colorado after spending time in Oregon and California. He loves spending time outdoors with his wife & 2 young boys. He's eager put his design background to work for your next home improvement project.

Stephne

I am returning to work for K&H, where I previously gained extensive experience in home improvement sales, specializing in windows, doors, roofs, and bathrooms. I have two grown daughters, Phoebe and Maddie, and a golden retriever named Ollie. Originally from Nashville, I have been residing in Boulder County for the past 12 years. My hobbies include running, hiking, and horseback riding, and I have a horse named Apache.

Justin

Grew up in Miami Florida installing and servicing windows and doors and been doing windows and doors since. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two beautiful baby boys at our home in Elizabeth.

John

John Orr was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School and graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business. With 20 years of experience in the home-improvement industry, he has built a strong track record of professionalism and customer service. John lives in Arvada with his 15-year-old son.

Ross

Originally from Texas, Ross has been residing in the Denver area for the past 13 years. He brings an extensive sales background and a customer-centric approach. In his free time Ross enjoys hiking, traveling, grilling out in the backyard with family and friends, and watching football. When choosing the right solution for your home, Ross likes to focus on three topics specifically: aesthetic, durability, and return on investment.

Clif

Clif brings more than two decades of experience in the home improvement industry, with a strong background in project management, operations, and customer-focused sales. He began his career in 2003 and has since held key roles with several well-known companies in the industry, working closely with homeowners and contractors to ensure exceptional results. His experience as project manager at the James Hardie Siding Center deepened his product knowledge and established his proficiency in siding systems and best-in-class installation practices. Outside of work, Clif enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children—a 12-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter. He loves camping, hiking, golfing, volleyball, attending concerts, tackling projects on his own home, and relaxing with family. Clif is passionate about guiding homeowners through their projects with clarity, confidence, and a commitment to quality.
